Green Zone Pizza (GZP) was a family-owned and operated organic pizzeria and health food restaurant located in Grosse Pointe, Michigan.

Scope of Work

Develop and implement an integrated digital strategy with the goal of increasing exposure and driving foot traffic to Green Zone Pizza.

Our role encompassed:

  • Strategic planning meetings with the owner to discuss Green Zone Pizza’s business model, operations, and growth objectives
  • Posting engaging content on Facebook & Instagram relating to: new menu items, employee features, beer, wine, and spirit trends, Grosse Pointe community posts, and information/posts relating Green Zone’s commitment to sustainability
  • Engaging with the Green Zone Pizza online community to build trust, facilitate engagement, encourage user-generated photos
  • Responding to questions, comments, and concerns posted on Green Zone Pizza social media platforms and review sites
  • Presenting the owner with feedback from online reviews in an effort to facilitate an improved dining experience
  • Generating monthly activity and feedback reports to share with internal teams for continued improvement

Timeline: 2013 – 2015

Results:

  • 150% month-over-month increase in likes, follows, and engagement on Facebook
  • 250-350% increase in check-ins vs previous year
  • 20% increased in business vs previous year
  • Increased community visibility and improved brand reputation
  • All results achieved with ZERO paid media spend

Trained internal team to take over social media.
